Shipping Policy for TINT

We at TINT are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional products, and we strive to make the shipping process as easy and efficient as possible. Our shipping policies are designed to ensure that your order is processed quickly and delivered to you promptly.

Shipping Methods and Timelines:

FREE STANDARD WORLDWIDE: 
3-5 business days in Europe
5-7 business days outside Europe Inc. US, UK & Australia and most countries
via FedEx, UPS or DHL Express.

EXPRESS WORLDWIDE:
1-2 business days in Europe
2-5 business days outside Europe Inc. US, UK & Australia and most countries
via FedEx, UPS or DHL Express.

*Please Note these shipping times are only from when the order is processed which can take 1-3 days, in most cases it is processed immediately, most couriers require a phone number, which can cause delays.

* Excludes products in Home & Living that contain various methods and times calculated at checkout, as these are made on Demand and from Separate Warehouses and in some cases such as Art Frames cost per weight.

Order Processing Time: We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, usually done within 1 day but can take up to 1-3 days depending on warehouse delays before shipping. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and provide tracking information once the order has shipped.

International Shipping: We ship internationally to many countries, but shipping times may vary depending on the destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: We provide tracking information for all orders once they have been shipped. You can track your order status by logging into your account or by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

Order Cancellations and Returns: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, ONLY if the order has not already been processed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error in the product.
